Safir Testing Department

Safir Testing Department was officially established in November, 2005 in Safir Headquarters. This department is working under the supervision of Safir Board of Education to meet the following objectives:

  • Doing research and collecting data which then lead us to design standardized and appropriate tests.
  • Piloting the designed tests in at least two of the branches (Micro Piloting)
  • Carrying out a systematic item analysis by studying the results of the piloted tests besides the learners opinion to rectify the probable pitfalls.
  • Final revising of the question papers, as well as answer sheets and answer keys.
  • Presenting a written report to the head of Education Board in detail
  • Providing Safir branches with the new version of tests.
  • Keeping in close touch with the teachers to have the test quality under proper control
  • Achieving innovative testing approaches and theories not only by surfing the net but also by doing academic research on test publications.

We aim to enhance the department efficiency by recruiting well-experienced and knowledgeable educational experts.
