IELTS
|
Mock IELTS Test are held at Safir according to International IELTS Standards aiming
at familiarizing the students with the authentic IELTS Test and evaluating the students’
competence and performance in each skill.
The 3-hour Writing Test includes:
Listening test 30 minutes
Reading test 30 minutes
Writing test 30 minutes
Written and oral test reports are issued for each student stating detailed test
scores for each skill according to IELTS standards.
IELTS Educational System at Safir:
A) Preliminary Courses including: Pre-IELTS 1,2,3,4 & 5 (pre-requisites) 6, 7 &8
(optional)
B) Specialized Skill Courses covering the 4 language skills including:
IELTS listening Skill Courses
IELTS Reading Skill Courses
IELTS Writing Skill Courses
IELTS Speaking Skill Courses
Course Timetable:
1) Each Preliminary term is covered in 20 sessions in each month
2) Specialized Skill Courses are covered in 10 sessions for each skill in each mont
Test
There are 2 tests held on sessions 10 and 20 during each preliminary term. The total
score of these tests plus the final test score together with student’s class participation
marks comprises their final term score. Students who manage to achieve 70% of the
total written tests and class participation marks qualify to proceed with the course.
