Placement
Those interested in joining Safir English Language Schools can reserve a placement
test in one of our fourteen branches via phone call or in person.
Before beginning their study at Safir, every student is assessed for ten to fifteen
minutes by the managers and supervisor of the instruction unit according to a pre-planned
schedule. It is necessary for the students to produce a photo ID at the registration
desk this stage.
This interview and assessment given is based on general and specialized questions
and. No preparation is needed for taking this test as the sole aim of this test
is to assess the level of language knowledge of the learners in order to place them
at the most appropriate level to begin.
The placement test is usually run according to previously planned schedule.
Taking the placement test is obligatory for the assessment of the communication
skills of all new learners.
Enrollment
After the placement test, the educational system of Safir is presented by the interviewer
and a convenient course schedule is recommended and the learners are led to the
registration office to precede with the standardized enrollment procedures.
The enrollment of the learners is carried out through Safir registration software
program. This Program facilitates the quick display of term time- table and teachers’
schedule as well as the beginning and ending of the courses along with the learner’s
competency from the first attendance.
All students are provided with a printed computer proof of registration containing
all information related to the student’s schedule before they begin their courses.
The report of each of the student’s performance is posted on the bulletin board
at the end of the term and also accessible at Safir website. The student can check
their marks logging on to Safir website and going to marks webpage hence without
any need for personal attendance.
Enrollment documents
All learners are required to produce the following documents to be properly admitted
to Safir English Language Schools:
1- A valid copy of an officially verified photo ID
2- Two pieces of a recent personal photo (3x4cm)
3- The placement test receipt
4- The filled-out enrollment form
5- The tuition fee for the specified course
